Tracked brands and their campaigns update weekly on Pro and daily on Agency. Agency also includes 5 live-mode days a month: while live mode is on during a campaign, X posts update every 15 minutes. Every campaign gets a final update after it ends.

Refunds
A failed run, or a report with fewer than 200 relevant posts, returns its report to your balance automatically; the results stay visible, marked low data. Unused one-off reports (Starter and Pack) can be refunded within 14 days: write to support@senti.now. Monthly plans can be cancelled any time and stay active to the end of the period.
