Terms of service
Last updated October 25, 2026 · Voy Travel Inc.
1. Cover Page
In short: these terms combine our Cover Page and Product Terms with standard cloud service terms used by many software companies
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between Voy Travel Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Provider", "we"), and the person or company that creates an account or buys ("Customer", "you"). If you accept on behalf of a company, you confirm you may bind it, and "you" means that company. If you signed a separate order form with us for the same account, that order form governs instead.
The Terms consist of: (1) this Cover Page; (2) the Product Terms below; and (3) the Common Paper Cloud Service Standard Terms Version 2.1 at https://commonpaper.com/standards/cloud-service-agreement/2.1 ("Standard Terms"), incorporated by reference. If they conflict, this Cover Page controls, then the Product Terms, then the Standard Terms. Capitalized words not defined here have the meanings in the Standard Terms.
Order Form
- Cloud Service: Senti, a service that analyzes public social media posts about brands, campaigns, public figures and topics, as described in the Product Terms and the help pages.
- Order Date: the date of each purchase.
- Subscription Period: one month or one year for Pro and Agency, as chosen at checkout. Starter and Pack are one-off purchases with no Subscription Period; their reports expire as stated in the Product Terms.
- Cloud Service Fees: the prices on the pricing page at the time of purchase, in US dollars.
- Payment Process: Provider charges the payment method on file through its payment provider at the start of each Subscription Period, and at purchase for one-off packs. You authorize these charges.
- Non-Renewal Notice Period: you may cancel at any time before the end of the current Subscription Period in Manage billing; the plan stays active until that period ends. Modifying Section 5.1, Provider may decline to renew with 30 days' notice.
- Use Limitations: the Acceptable use section of the Product Terms, the plan's limits on the pricing page, and the API limits in the API documentation.
- Technical Support: by email to support@senti.now, best effort.

Customer Covered Claims: any claim arising from Customer Content or from Customer's use of the Cloud Service in breach of the Acceptable use section.

Changes to the Standard Terms
- Section 1.1 also allows use for Customer's clients when Customer is an agency.
- Section 1.6: Provider does not use Customer Content or the posts in Customer's reports to train AI models. The rest of Section 1.6 about outputs that may be inaccurate and need human review still applies.
- Section 4.1: fees are non-refundable except as stated in the Refunds section of the Product Terms or as the law requires.
- Section 5.5: Customer can export its data from Account and delete its account at any time; deletion is immediate as described in the Privacy Policy, instead of on request within 60 days.
- Section 12.2: Provider may update this Cover Page and the Product Terms by posting a new version and emailing the account at least 30 days before material changes apply. For subscriptions, material changes apply from the next Subscription Period. The Standard Terms version incorporated does not change unless Customer agrees.
- Section 12.8 (Logo Rights) does not apply.
- Attribution: the Standard Terms are by Common Paper, Inc., used under CC BY 4.0.
2. The service
In short: we label public posts with an AI model; results can be incomplete or wrong
Senti analyzes public posts about a brand on X, Instagram, Reddit and TikTok. Posts are collected through our social data provider and labeled by our labeling model. Results show what those sources returned at the time of the analysis; they can be incomplete, sampled for very large brands (the report says so) and the labels can be wrong. They are not professional advice.
When a report's headline change is significant, our analysis model writes a short explanation of what changed and why, from figures we measure and the posts behind them, with up to two suggestions labeled as such. The figures are checked against the report; the explanation and suggestions are a reading of public posts, not advice, and the decisions you take on them are yours.
Each brand is analyzed in the languages you choose for it (English, Spanish, Portuguese or a combination), with the same questions in every language; posts in other languages are left out. A post's country comes from the post itself or, on X, from the author's public profile location, and is unknown otherwise; it is never guessed from the language, and every country breakdown shows how many posts have a known country. X is the freshest source (minutes); other platforms can lag by hours, and each report says how fresh each platform is.
3. Eligibility
In short: for business and professional use by adults
You must be at least 18 and use the Cloud Service for business or professional purposes. You are responsible for your account, its users and keeping sign-in links and keys secure (Standard Terms 1.3).
4. AI outputs
In short: our numbers come from AI labels and statistics; review them before relying on them
Sentiment, intent, topic and country figures come from an AI model labeling each post, combined with statistics. Change explanations and suggestions are written by an AI model from those figures. All of them are estimates: they can be wrong, and a sample stands for a larger set of posts when the report says so. Review them before making decisions. They are not professional, financial or legal advice.
5. Public posts and platforms
In short: posts belong to their authors; we are not affiliated with the platforms
Reports show public posts and their public details as the platforms made them available. Posts and their content belong to their authors. Senti is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by X, Instagram, Reddit or TikTok; their names are trademarks of their owners. Posts removed from a platform are left out of reports once we notice the removal at a refresh. To request removal of a post or an analysis, write to support@senti.now.
Copyright complaints: we respond to notices of claimed infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. 512). Send them to our designated agent, Voy Travel Inc., 8 The Green, Suite R, Dover, Delaware 19901, USA, support@senti.now, with the information 17 U.S.C. 512(c)(3) requires. We remove or disable access to the material and may close accounts of repeat infringers.
6. Reports, plans and expiry
In short: what you pay for, when reports expire and how plans renew and cancel
- A report is one brand analyzed over up to three months. Starter (1 report) and Pack reports expire 365 days after purchase.
- Pro and Agency include 10 and 30 reports per month that expire at the end of each month (no rollover), and 3 and 10 tracked brands refreshed on a schedule.
- Plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from Manage billing; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
- What each plan includes, and its price, is shown on the pricing page; prices are charged by our payment provider.
- Prices exclude taxes; you pay any sales, use or similar taxes that apply (Standard Terms 4.4). We announce price changes for subscriptions at least 30 days before they apply to your next Subscription Period.
7. Add-ons
In short: extra tracked brands, seats, live-mode days and top-up reports on a plan; more applies at once, fewer at renewal
On a Pro or Agency plan you can buy these add-ons from Account:
- Top-up reports (Pro and Agency): $19 for 5 reports, once. The Pack: valid 365 days, used after the month's reports.
- Extra tracked brand (Pro and Agency): $5 a month, or $50 a year on annual plans. One more brand refreshed on your plan's schedule.
- Extra seat (Agency): $10 a month, or $100 a year on annual plans. One more teammate on the account.
- Live-mode day (Agency): $9 a day, once. Added to the month's live-mode days and kept until used, for 365 days.
- Client logins (Agency): Included. Up to 10 read-only logins, each seeing only the brands you assign.
- Extra tracked brands and extra seats are quantities on your subscription, billed in its interval. An increase applies once paid and is prorated for the rest of the current Subscription Period, charged at once. A decrease applies from the next Subscription Period; until then the higher limit stays. Lowering seats never removes a teammate, and fewer tracked brands pause the newest tracked brands at the renewal.
- Top-up reports and live-mode days are one-time purchases, charged at purchase. Top-up reports are spent after the month's plan reports; bought live-mode days after the month's included days. Both expire as stated above.
- Add-ons end with the plan: cancelling the plan ends its add-on quantities at the end of the paid period. Refunds of add-ons follow the Refunds section below.
8. Refunds
In short: failed and low data reports are returned automatically; unused one-off reports are refundable for 14 days
A run that fails, or a report with fewer than 200 relevant posts, returns its report to your balance automatically; the results stay visible, marked low data.
Unused one-off reports (Starter and Pack) are refundable within 14 days of purchase on request to support@senti.now. Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime and run to the end of the paid period. Other payments are not refundable except where the law requires. A refund or a payment dispute removes the unused reports it paid for.
9. Fair use
In short: very heavy automatic use can be paused until your next billing period; reports you start are not affected
Plans include scheduled refreshes, live pulses and campaign war room for normal use. If an account's automatic use goes far beyond what its plan is sized for, we may pause scheduled refreshes, live pulses and war room updates until the next billing period, and contact you. Reports you start yourself, and everything already in your reports, are not affected.
10. Tracking, alerts, pulse and war room
In short: tracked brands refresh on a schedule and alerts tell you when they move; they can be late or miss a change
- Tracked brands refresh on your plan's schedule and spend no reports. You can pause tracking (the history stays and the slot is freed) or stop it anytime.
- Alert rules email you, and call your webhooks, when a tracked brand crosses a threshold you set, at most once per rule a day. You can switch a rule off anytime.
- Live pulse and campaign war room (Agency) fetch the latest X posts within minutes and label them; war room repeats this every 15 minutes during a campaign's dates.
- Alerts and pulses help you notice changes. They can arrive late or miss a change, and are not a promise of continuous monitoring.
11. Acceptable use
In short: analyze brands, public figures and public topics; never monitor or profile private individuals
- Analyze brands, products, organizations, public campaigns and public topics. Do not use Senti to monitor, profile or harass private individuals.
- When you analyze a person, it must be a public figure (for example a politician, executive, athlete or artist), analyzed for their public role. The person option must not be used to track, monitor or profile private individuals; analyses reported for doing so are removed and the account can be suspended.
- Do not try to bypass limits, access other accounts' data, overload the service, or resell raw post data.
- Keep your API keys and webhook secrets secret and stay within the documented limits.
- Do not use the Cloud Service, its reports or exports to make or support decisions about an individual's employment, credit, insurance, housing, education or eligibility for any benefit, or as a consumer report under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
- Do not use it to infer or record an individual's health, religion, sexual orientation, political opinions, ethnicity or other sensitive traits.
- Do not use it in breach of the law, including privacy, anti-discrimination and export laws.
We may remove an analysis, or suspend an account, that breaks these rules. To ask us to take down a post or an analysis, write to support@senti.now.
12. Your content and shared links
In short: your brands and settings are yours; a report is private until you share it
Your brands, keywords and campaigns are yours. A report is private until you share it; a shared link, and its preview image, can be opened by anyone who has it until you stop sharing. Corrections you make to a post's labels and your accuracy review answers change the numbers in your own reports only; they are kept apart from the model's labels and never change anyone else's reports. Live examples on the home page are analyses we run ourselves and open read-only to everyone. People and topics are marked Beta: their questions and default topics can change, and the option to add them can be withdrawn.
13. Exports and your logo
In short: exports spend no reports; you are responsible for the copies you download
PNG charts, print reports (saved as PDF through your browser) and CSV files of posts and numbers spend no reports. A CSV of posts contains public posts with their author handle, link and country: you are responsible for how you use and store the copies you download, and you must not resell raw post data. On Agency you can upload a logo and a "Prepared by" line for your exports; you confirm you have the right to use that logo and allow us to store it and place it on your exports. You can remove it anytime in Account.
14. API and webhooks
In short: Agency includes an API and webhooks; the same reports and limits apply, and you keep keys and secrets safe
- API keys are created in Account and shown once; we store only a fingerprint of each key. Anyone with your key acts as you, so keep it secret and revoke it in Account if it leaks. You are responsible for calls made with your keys.
- The API uses the same reports and limits as the app: starting an analysis or tracking a brand through the API spends a report exactly as it does on screen, and every answer states your reports left. Each key can make up to 60 requests a minute.
- Webhooks send a short message when a report is ready, a report fails or an alert fires (names, numbers and links, no post text) to the https addresses you add. Each message is signed with that endpoint's secret so you can check it came from us. A message that is not accepted is tried again after 1 minute, 5 minutes, 30 minutes, 2 hours and 6 hours, then dropped.
- Teams (Agency): the account owner can invite teammates who use the account's reports, brands and tracked brands; the owner is responsible for what they do and alone manages billing, keys, webhooks and the team. Discount codes and referral rewards have no cash value, apply as described where you redeem them, and can be withdrawn if abused.
- You are responsible for the endpoints you add and the data they receive. Removing an endpoint stops its deliveries. The API and webhooks are described on the API documentation page, where changes are announced.
